Kisses By Monique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We DO NOT refund back to the original method of payment. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your item(s) were delivered. All items must be in the ORIGINAL CONDITION to receive store credit OR an exchange. DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!!!

All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 2-3 business days. NOTE: If you placed an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.
